Our blades are born from premium Alleima® stainless steel from Sweden, starting as blanks that undergo intense heat treatment, with rapid heating followed by extreme N2 cooling.

Such blanks are then sharpened to microscopic precision before ultra-thin metallic and polymer coatings are applied to enhance the glide and durability.

With our unique patented technology, we set the blades at an optimal angle, allowing them to effortlessly slice through hair.

Exclusive to MERS razors, the patented Rola-Tek® technology delivers a faster, controlled shave.

The roller guides the blades smoothly over contours and curves, preserving shave prep products on the skin and enhancing cleaning and hygiene compared to traditional micro-fin strips.

Our proprietary assembly systems, developed after years of R&D, set us apart as one of the few companies with this capability.

These  systems ensure razor-sharp consistency by maintaining micron-level tolerances and enabling multi-stage computerised QC on every product. Automation also allows us to rapidly scale up production to meet demand.

Each of our razors includes a HydraSphere™ ring or bar for a velvety, moisturising shave.

Our formulas are free of parabens and SLS, enriched with Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, and Jojoba Oil. Customisation options are available, including BHT-free formulations.

We seal our blades in nitrogen-filled capsules immediately after assembly, ensuring they remain sharp and hygienic for end users. This process protects the blades from external elements during transit and storage until they are ready to be used.

Mers works with renowned Scandinavian and British product designers to create ergonomic and astounding razor handles.  Our handles are hand polished for a premium finish and fitted with soft silicone rubber for extra grip.
